John H. McCorvey, Jr. is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and an accomplished litigation attorney with an extensive background in commercial and real estate litigation, including an emphasis on creditors’ rights.

John handles matters from routine to complex, for clients ranging from large institutions to individuals. Every client is important and he recognizes each client’s unique needs. John’s practice areas include: business disputes, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy law, real estate litigation, garnishment, commercial collections, replevin, foreclosures, and asset recovery. 

In addition, John has been counsel of record in 3 appellate cases, 2 of which had favorable outcomes: Corporate Serv. v. Justus, 648 So.2d 844 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995) and U.S. Bank National Association v. Howell, 172 So.3d 874 (Fla. 1st DCA 2015).
